Terms of Service:

dippVIP agrees provide a dippVIP inspiration staff member (selected by Client) to accompany Client to a public location(s) of Client’s choice (prior-approved by dippVIP) at a pre-arranged time and date reserved by Client. dippVIP requires a minimum four-hour contract based upon an hourly rate of $80 per hour, which begins at the time and date reserved by Client, whether or not Client arrives on time. Client’s credit card will be billed for the initial four-hour minimum within 24 hours from the time Client's reservation is confirmed. Cancellation requires 24-hour prior notice for a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations that occur within 24 hours from reservation date.

dipVIP's inspiration staff member will meet Client at a pre-arranged public location ("Event") at the time reserved by Client. Client agrees to pay for all expenses incurred during the time that the dippVIP inspiration member accompanies Client; including but not limited to tickets, food and beverage, transportation, and incidental expenses.

dippVIP will arrange for a driver to pick up dippVIP's inspirational staff member at the end of the evening at the location where the last event in the evening takes place, at which time Client will acknowledge in writing, the ending time of the Event. Any time frame exceeding the initial four-hour minimum will be billed at 15-minute increments based on the initial hourly rate of $80 per hour. Client shall be responsible for arranging their own transportation after the event unless prior arrangements have been reserved through dippVIP.

Client may reserve times generally from 8:00am to midnight for the day requested. On an exception basis, Client may request an ending time past midnight, or a beginning time earlier than 8:00am. dippVIP will confirm Client's request upon receiving prior approval from dippVIP's inspirational staff member.

Expectations:

Client can expect dipVIP's inspirational staff member to arrive on time and be well-groomed, courteous, well-mannered, social, respectful, polite and professional in their self-management.

dippVIP inspirational staff members shall expect a reciprocal treatment from Client in return. dippVIP’s goal is to create a fun memorable social experience for its Clients. At the discretion of dippVIP management, Client shall have the right to a full refund in the unlikely event that a dippVIP staff member acts inappropriately toward Client at any time during the engagement. In the unlikely event that Client acts inappropriately toward dippVIP's inspirational staff member at any time during the engagement the dippVIP inspirational staff member shall have the sole discretion to terminate and leave the Event before the four-hour minimum time has expired without reimbursement to Client. Tests of reasonableness shall apply.

Membership:

Lifetime membership to dippVIP will be free to the first 500
charter members Clients. dippVIP agrees to maintain privacy with all dippVIP
Client membership information and agrees not to share or sell dippVIP Client membership information to third parties.

Acknowledgment:

By participating in dippVIP services Client agrees that they have read, accepted, and agree to be bound by dippVIP's terms and conditions stated herein.
